ABOUT THE PROJECT

Produced (Team Marketing Lead ) an interactive museum experience celebrating the work of 2019 MTV VMA Vanguard Award recipient Missy Elliott and the creative visionaries behind some of her most iconic music videos: June Ambrose, Hype Williams, Dave Myers, HiHat, Billy B and Gloria Elias-Foeillet. Inspired by the icon herself, the made-for-Instagram playground space shined light on MTV’s history and influence in connecting artists to audiences through its annual VMAs. The space was comprised of interactive experiences such as a Fly Gal nail station, Pepsi Sampling bar, a Supa Dupa Fly lounge, and the opportunity to appear in “The Rain (Supa Dupa Fly)” in Missy’s famous costume as a Hologram.
